Focused improvement
Suitable for a defined issue or small development objective, such as:
- correcting an identified problem;
- improving a slow or unclear part of an application;
- updating an existing feature;
- adding a small, clearly scoped capability;
- improving a Laravel or PHP codebase;
- connecting an additional API or service.
Focused application improvement starts from $350. Any indicative timeline is provided and confirmed in the proposal after the existing product has been reviewed.
Ongoing maintenance
Maintenance starts from $129 per month and is defined by an agreed service scope. It may cover planned technical checks, updates, fixes or a set level of support.
Maintenance does not automatically include:
- unlimited development or feature work;
- hosting or infrastructure;
- domain registration or renewal;
- backups or disaster recovery;
- security monitoring;
- content updates;
- paid APIs, licences or third-party subscriptions;
- emergency or out-of-hours support;
- work on systems or code that were not included in the agreed scope.
Any included service levels, response arrangements, backups, hosting or additional development must be stated explicitly in the proposal or maintenance agreement.
Questions
Can you maintain a product built by someone else? +
Potentially, yes. We first review the available code, environment and documentation.
Is every repair covered by the monthly plan? +
No. Coverage depends on the agreed maintenance scope. Larger changes are estimated separately.
Can you rebuild part of an existing application? +
Yes, when a targeted rebuild is more appropriate than continuing to patch the current implementation.
Are hosting and backups included? +
Not automatically. They are included only when explicitly stated in the proposal or maintenance agreement.
Does maintenance include unlimited new features? +
No. New features and work outside the agreed maintenance scope are estimated separately.
